[/quote] If your grass-fed beef is coming from Australia, it was most likely frozen during shipping, so it's not going to be as fresh, tasty, or as environmentally friendly as buying from Polyface farm, or one of the other thoughtful pasture farmers of Virginia.[/quote] Agree. Also check out South Mountain Creamery; they aren't iconic like Polyface, but they are local (near Frederick).
