I think the junior section in Macy's looks like a line for hookers. Low cut, thin, glittery clothes. I was not impressed. I hate Justice. Cheap feeling overpriced clothes. Same with Kohls. Awful. We like LL Bean, Lands End, petite jeans at Old Navy, XS shirts at Gap or Banana Republic. Even Target can have some decent options. Did not know about Boden. Will have to look.
Nine is a cute age, but it passes quickly into tween. Abercrombie (hard to not look hooker) Size 14 sells out quickly b/c many parents want to stay in kids size as long as possible b/c so much cheaper. In shoes, check the size in inches -- kid size 6 is woman size 7. Much cheaper than adult shoes.
