My kids love mini muffins.  I actually make a batch from bran flakes, applesauce, dates, raisins, and prunes.  Doesn't sound yummy when I list out the main ingredients but they're really tasty.  My kids refer to them as poop muffins.  They know that when they're stomach hurts they should eat one or two muffins.  It gets the job done.  They also know not to eat one before school.[/quote]
