No they are just expressing their mind. Israelis is made up of self selected radicals. You do not move to Israel b/c you think it will be fun, you move there to join the Jewish fight. It like a bunch of tea partiers deciding to forming a country in Texas. You will get the most most radical of the radicals, willing to kill.[/quote]

Or, like my relatives, because someone fell in love with an Israeli and she wanted to raise children with him in a kibbutz near his family. Not because she hated the Palestinians.

Israelis are, surprisingly, people. Not monsters or beasts. Neither are Palestinians. Both sides are working so hard to dehumanize the other side. It's awful.

It's awful primarily because Israeli has treated Palestinians as nuisances to be cut down, tossed out, and reined in.

The kibbutz has been overtaken by the illegal settlement and the bombed schools in Gaza.  Not much romance to celebrate there, just grim "get out of my way before I bulldoze you."[/quote]
