There is inconclusive data whether or not preejaculate (which men cannot feel and cannot "control") contains sperm. There are mixed studies which conclude both that it does and does not include sperm. If you want to risk a potential pregnancy based on the assumption that there is no sperm in preejaculate, go right ahead, but then don't be surprised if you have an "oops" child. Just as there is a lot of anecdotal evidence (like yours) of couples who have not conceived this way, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence of couples who accidentally got pregnant from this method. It's all inconclusive and basically risky. There are far more reliable methods of preventing pregnancy than this.[/quote]
