Why was it so hard for them to just say "sorry, we messed up"! They then acted as if I have nothing else to do other than waiting for their mercy to arrange me an appointment.

I would suggest anyone to avoid them if at all possible.

Dickman and Maggid delivered my two babies!  So I have a soft spot for them.  However, now that I no longer need OB, I am avoiding CWC practices because it's not unusual to have to wait hours to see them because of deliveries.[/quote][/quote]
