[/quote] Not my experience. I've worked with Citibank on three different loans now -- two HELs and one mortgage -- and they've always been great. I think it depends on the person at the bank who's shepherding your paperwork. If she's good, you'll be fine. And you get good people and bad people at any bank, so small and local is no guarantee of quality.[/quote]
