Eating a zero calorie mostly water treat will be much better for losing weight.[/quote] Fresh or frozen grapes ARE a low calorie, mostly water treat with some additional fiber and actual nutrients that happens to also be free of the artificial sweeteners in SF Popsicles that have been shown to hinder weight loss. A 60 calorie cup of frozen grapes is much better for you (and your weighty loss efforts!) than 4 oz of frozen chemicals on a stick (which is still gonna cost you 15-25 cals). And of course this is all assuming that OPs weight troubles can be attributed to a serving of fruit and not whatever comprises the other 97% of her diet.[/quote] Yes and chemicals that make you crave more sugar.
