That's why some people are "insulin resistant" and end up with "type 2 diabetes". You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. [/quote] People "end up with" type 2 diabetes because they are overweight. It is almost 100% a lifestyle disease. They are overweight because they 1) eat too much and 2) move their fat bodies too little. Your DH is not some rare exception to this rule.[/quote]
