Just from your posts, it's clear that you are very focused on hierarchy and making sure everyone knows from the get-go that you are an "executive." Your boss is trying to give you some useful feedback on how to interact with others in the organization. Keep up the drama you've already managed to create in a short time and your bosses will tell you that it's just not working out. [/quote]
