Fruit is not low carb. Atkins has a range of low carb desserts. My fav is the chocolate brownie with nuts. I bought some sugar free chocolate from World Market yesterday. I think that the brand Guylian and they have both milk and dark chocolate. I bought the milk chocolate and it's delish!
While fruit always has some carbs, berries have relatively few. Many people on lower carb diets (South BeaƧh, the latter stages of Atkins, plans for Type 2) can fit berries into their diet.l
OP didn't say how low carb he/she desires, so I automatically went for the super low options. Anyway, OP I also mix my favorite chocolate flavored protein powder (4 grams of carbs per scoop) with unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water. You can make more of a smoothie texture by blending with ice.
