I think being treated like this is the norm for OP and he subconsciously elicits it on purpose because it's the quickest and surest way to garner the attention that he's not getting at home. There's a subtext that people pick up on and respond in kind. My interpretation filtered through my own experiences. OP, if you want their behavior to change, you will have to change.[/quote]
