OP here- I was asking wondering what the deal was- clearly the listing notes were red flags.  I was just trying to understand them.  We are not in the market (happy with our house in Vienna) - just one of many people who follow the real estate in their area.  Get a grip.[/quote]

Agents, since you always seem so baffled by why there's so much animosity toward you, read your snotty, arrogant posts above and then think about it really hard. The inflated commissions are just a part of it. Making fun of buyers - not a good idea. We don't make fun of you for knowing nothing about our professions.
