Not sure about the free-range and grass-fed part.[/quote] 1st ground beef poster and we're now in flyover country, but it is Kirkland brand organic ground beef (not grass fed) so I would think it should be available all over. It's next to he regular ground beef, 4 lbs divided into three vacuum sealed packs. [/quote]
