[/quote] That's not what OP said- she said CPS wouldn't take it which means they did NOT investigate. Huge difference: this was a screen out where no ruling is made on whether there was abuse or not. Only after an actual investigation do they say "yes we found abuse/neglect" or "no finding of abuse or neglect".[/quote]
