High- level congressional staffers seem like a good example - the pay on the Hill is very low compared to what they could make in private industry - I'd venture to say it's low even if you don't take into account their Hill connections (i.e., you don't compare it to what they could make lobbying, but rather other jobs using the same skills).[/quote]
