When does shady grove have you do beta after a 5 day transfer? I am in the 2ww and don't think they told me when to test. I have sore boobs and super tired but I have read those are often caused by higher levels of progesterone from taking the nightly shots. The only really suspicious pain is that round ligament pain or sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen when I roll the wrong way in bed. I had that early on in another pregnancy- I'm not sure what that means but I don't remember having it on any of my negative cycles. I agree though with most that you are pumped full of hormones during 2 week wait and also way down on exercise and not drinking caffeine, so all the symptoms could easily be attributed to those things probably. I'm 6 days past a 5 day transfer.
(Success ment'd) I ignored all physical symptoms during my TWW (FET), except for a pain very similar to the one you are describing. It was one I had never felt before, not even during a normal cycle, and the best I could describe it was almost like a gas pain in my uterus - or like someone was blowing my uterus up like a balloon for a few seconds. I wouldn't call it a cramp, but it was more of a stretching/tightening sensation, but EXACTLY in my uterus (at the time, about four fingers up and slightly to the right from my pubic bone.) I felt that pain fairly consistently 2dp5dt - 6dp5dt, then sporadically since and I just knew it had worked the first time I felt it - it was too specific and different. I'm currently 5w4d and I really only feel it now when I shift weirdly in bed or twist oddly.
