[/quote] Yes, this is true in my NOVA community. Kids at privates who can't get into the top Virginia state schools are choosing Indiana. That doesn't mean it is not a great school, just that it is an alternative for solid students who get closed out of instate options because of the stiff competition here. I am from that part of the country, and IU was well regarded when I was growing up.The music school is still considered one of the best in the country, but if your child is a serious musician, you probably already know that.[/quote]
