New Question for those who have Roku. Do you need a streaming player for each tv then? I was thinking about getting another HDTV for either my exercise room or my study and about to have DH order us another cable box. This sounds like an option to try out instead, and if it works better than cable to get rid of it. The other question that I have for uses of these streaming players, is that do you have to search for each program that you want to watch like I currently do when I watch a video on demand on Verizon or a show on Hulu? It sounds like it would take some time to scroll through all the various machines/programs to start a program. TIA
Amazon is very user friendly - I just click on MY WATCHLIST and all of my programs/seasons are on there, sort of like flipping channels. You save them on there. It includes movies you like too. Another tab is for PRIME movies and shows - those are free for having Amazon Prime (so is most shipping on the Amazon website). Also, Amazon is a channel on Roku. Now they have various cable channels, like A&E, HBO, etc. HBO is really new, and you can pay for the HBO channel like you would with your cable company. YouTube is new too. I like IHEARTRADIO a lot - I can listen to a radio station anywhere in the US (my faves are 100 and 96 in MIA).
