Busy working mom here, packing lunch for two kids every day. They like salty chips for dessert, Doritos or Sun chips or Cheetos. They'll settle for cookies (mini Oreos, or chocolate chips). Which poison is healthier? I wonder what would happen if i threw in a jello pudding one day. Messier (they are young, messy eaters), but healthier? Thanks in advance.
-Apple sauce and a few animal crackers. -Grapes, strawberries, blueberries and clementines are always great. -pretzels, pirate bouty or goldfish. -carrots and hummus. -pita chips and hummus -homemade mini muffins
Explain to me the difference between pretzels, pirate booty, goldfish, and pita chips to chips? I'm fine with any of those choices, including chips, I just don't really see the difference. And comparing the goldfish box and the bag of tortilla chips - nutritionally there isn't much. One has more fat, the other more sodium.
