Re: Edgewood. We've had our house here for 7+ years- there have been huge changes in that time, all of them positive. You've moving into a neighborhood with an ever-increasing number of young kids and families, it's relatively quiet, we've got great neighbors (old-timers and new residents) who are friendly, the community group Friends of Edgewood runs a fantastic community garden at the rec center (which has nice spots for kids to play). Regarding the safety factor- I think that it's on par with other parts of the city.

Ultimately, I think the redevelopment of Shaed School by Inspired Teaching and Lee will only do great things for the area![/quote]
