There was an astonishing about of information about this couple. It is probably possible to make a convincing argument that the information had been gathered from public sources and wasn't a violation of privacy. I hear arguments every day that have legitimate points on both sides. You can't just call it a tie, you still have to make a decision. I made a decision and I stand by it.
