Yes - tell it to my 4yr old too.  I find it totally insipid, but what I will say is that [b]I like the fact the my DD now dresses up in a lab coat and uses a little doctor's kit to examine and give MANY shots to every human and stuffed animal in the house. This. However, in my home we are the ones getting the shots and playing doctor. She also says she has to "exercise" to be healthy:) Last x-mas Santa brought her lots of doctor related stuff. My daughter doesn't think of her as a pet's doctor though, but as a regular doctor.
