I'm sorry but what position did Rhee hold when she changed the oob kids to feed by right straight on into Deal and Wilson?  Isn't that the reason the boundary changes are needed now?  Why doesn't anyone look at that decision in 2009 as a fundamental change to the boundary system and the boundaries in Ward 3?  It was.

i hope Henderson leaves, but Bowser "call me Muriel but I will not debate Catania) has said she will keep her.  Unless she has backed away from that. I predict Henderson and the DME will leave together and land on their feet with Rhee's help.[/quote]
