Good luck![/quote] Part-time is one thing. It's the limited availability for OP that's the issue. I recently sold a house in the DC area and my agent is a mom but she was available whenever we needed her. She came to our house on a Friday evening to review offers. We would not have been happy if she had said that she couldn't meet until Monday morning when her kids were in school. Similarly, I bought a house in another area with low inventory. I saw a house pop up on a Monday afternoon. My agent got me into see the house that evening, I made an offer and got the house. Other buyers had appointments the following day. If I had had to wait until the next day b/c my agent couldn't meet at night, I would have lost the house. [/quote]
