I'm not an attorney.  If a friend asked me to burn a letter in a fireplace because she's going to file a lawsuit, why would I be faced with punishment for doing it?  It's not like I have knowledge of a crime and am trying to protect my friend.  [/quote]

How about if you ask a trash man to take it to the dump? Are you saying the trash man would be somehow responsible for the evidence, even though taking trash to the dump is his job? Because part of what Jeff does is delete threads or posts when people ask him to. That's his job.[/quote]
