I think her name was Caroline but can't be sure.  She agreed to look and called me back to let me know she had found the films of that saline sonogram, and the date of it, which confirmed the date I knew it was done.  Then I emailed my doctor, letting him know that my saline sonogram was not in my records but that I had films from it, dated Y, but no diagnosis report.  He admitted that he had dropped the ball and added it to my record, and finally the Rockville office sent it to the DC office for me to pick up.

It was a nightmare and took me three weeks to sort out.

Shady Grove seems compassionate if you succeed quickly.  Hang around a while, have a miscarriage or two or multiple failures and you see that their business is volume, and it's  all about the bottome line.

And their stats, while they may be the best in this region (that's not saying a lot), are not that great.  [/quote]
