These houses have narrow driveways, with one car garages if they are lucky. So you have to tandom park. PITA if you need to drive the front car out. I'm guessing OP's neighbor has some reason for parking other side street; maybe there's a massive pothole or have a delivery that needs access to the front curb. They are fine to park in front of OPs house, and she should just chill and call the county and learn where she supposed to put her trash cans, b/c it sounds like she (or moreover, her DH) is doing it wrong.[/quote]
