I find it baffling that someone who appears well-educated, and to paraphrase Goldie Hawn in "Private Benjamin" is the kind of person who "would never go to a dinner party without bringing a gift", can lose perspective to such a degree but I have seen it happen. (My utterly non-scientific view is that dads who played sports in college are marginally worse and moms who played sports in college are better in terms of "team parent behavior.")[/quote]
