Ross has about 75 in boundary kids.  That's not very many..[/quote] DC is in a class of about 25. At least 20 live within 5 blocks of the school though some of these might not technically be in boundary as the boundaries are very tight. Lots of strollers on the streets. Dupont is quickly becoming a kid friendly zone - though older kids - upper elementary + are still rare. [/quote]

Yes, very small school.  More OOB than you'd expect because the boundary is so tiny and odd, e.g., Ross is at 17th and R, and one edge of the boundary is the other side of 16th Street.  Many families are in the neighborhood, just technically OOB.   And many (though not all of course) of the current well educated families are intending to continue with public school, either DCPS or charter.[/quote]
