More OOB than you'd expect because the boundary is so tiny and odd, e.g., Ross is at 17th and R, and one edge of the boundary is the other side of 16th Street. Many families are in the neighborhood, just technically OOB. And many (though not all of course) of the current well educated families are intending to continue with public school, either DCPS or charter.[/quote]
