(1) Regular length is 38 1/4 inches according to the description. I am 5'6, and that would be knee length on me. Models are tall, so it will look shorter in the picture. (2) Put a cami under it to solve cleavage issues for work. Wear it without the cami for socializing outside of work. (3) Eh, it all depends on how you take care of it.
