Driving around that afternoon, it seemed kind of silly since we had a lot of melting that day due to the sun and warmer temps. But I guess they just couldn't make progress on the roads and didn't elect to do a delay on admin offices. (Then again, Mont. County govt was closed that day, as well. So it wasn't only MCPS Admin who elected not to open.) [/quote]
