The third row is really small. I sat back there the first week we had the car and had family in town. I felt really isolated because the middle row blocks you in with a wall. It's really strange back there!

I can't say anything about the Lexus but if there is better space, I would go with that.

The Acura seems great for 2 kids and 1-2 more on occasion. Your 6 year old would have to go in the back so you don't have to struggle with car seats and seat belts. I don't think anyone wants to be back there on a regular basis.

I do like the Acura by the way. It works well for us. The one thing that is frustrating is that you can't put a car topper on it unless you buy their roof rack. [/quote]
