We bought one of the priciest homes (extensive remodel, not a flip) on the market recently in SFC (still quite less expensive than Woodside). We're committed to the neighborhood for the long-term and love the home, but I'm hoping people continue to remodel/improve the homes and the prices continue to increase.[/quote]
