(4) They will let parents know the final location as soon as possible and are committed to bringing this search to a conflusion before the March enrollment deadline.

I'm a CM parent and I fully realize that we'd like more information and that folks are frustrated b/c they feel like they may have to play the lottery again just in case the school winds up in a place that is not workable for them. I totally get it -- the lottery sucks. Uncertainty sucks. At the same time, this is what we signed up for when we chose to send our kids to a new charter. It goes with the territory.
