[/quote] Ignoring the price, I'd consider Dulles as the best Lifetime, Centerville # 2, Reston #3, and FFX #4. Reston should not by any stretch be considered "diamond". The facility is nice (same as Dulles) but the programs and management are not even equal. They will never get full until they "get it". [/quote]
