They don't have to be mailed from a central office. Simply tell each school to mail out the letters on <date here>. Is this really a hardship? People get stressed about this process, and it seems like a tiny, tiny concession to standardize the mailings. If I knew the letters were mailed on a certain date, I would stop guessing after a few days. Oh, AAP isn't a big deal to you? Then what are you doing hanging out on an AAP message board?[/quote]
