What this does is flag that child for an initial assessment. ..............[/quote] If the budget is as bad as the bureaucrats claim (it's not) then eliminating unnecessary tests, and programs is the best way to free up resources for tests, and programs that work. If you know that resources will be wasted, do what you can to not be part of the problem...... Don't waste your kids time or the staff's time by playing the bureaucrats game, just put no.... and when you hear someone claim the budget problems are due to too many ESOL kids...look at them funny and laugh....[/quote]
