There is always a sale ad for Giant, Shoppers and Safeway. I am in Fairfax. I don't remember seeing any coupons in the one that comes with the Sunday paper, but I could be wrong on that. Not sure also if the insert is in the paper you buy at the store or only the ones that are delivered. I do seem to recall buying a paper once when ours was missing and the insert was not there.
