[/quote] OP here and yes my DD is at UNCC. With the tuition break, I'd say it's a decent school for the cost. My DD is an introvert, so she hasn't joined any organizations, but there are plenty on campus and I like the school's environment. The diversity is great and Charlotte is a good city for those used to being in a DC-like town. With that said, my DD has said that a lot of students talk about transferring out, so I get the impression that NC students go here until they succeed in transferring to Chapel Hill.[/quote]
