Please try to expand your horizons a little. There are plenty of places he recommends that are basic restaurants besides duck confit. You actually might see what good food is really like.

I'm a chef, so I'm good with what good food is. Founding Farmers is good, not great. 8407 is great. Sietsema was good years ago, but his heart went out of the business over the past couple of years. Sad really.[/quote]
