This doesn't make any sense - Pooks Hill is tiny compared to Edgemoor and East Bethesda - check the map!
Also, a lot of people in the Pooks Hill area  are scientists at NIH, or doctors from the Naval Medical center, both of which are walking distance from Pooks Hill.  Not every profession that requires post graduate education automatically makes you a millionaire, but you will find 20814 is one of the most educated zip codes in the US.[/quote]
