I have not used them so I don't know for myself...my son has improved dramatically with the biomedical approach instead.

3 pieces of advice that I give to newly diagnosed families.

1. stay away from autism speaks.  They are a fraudulent organization who give zero money back to the autism community.

2. Never give up trying to recover your child.  It is NOT genetic...it never was, and it never will be.  There is no such thing as a genetic epidemic.

3. Stop vaccinating.  YES...it can get worse if you continue to vaccinate.[/quote]

I used to work in a residential community for elderly people w special needs.  Most had a simple diagnosis of ID, even though they clearly had areas of high intelligence. Many had behaviors that we would clearly associate with autism.  What we know today to be autism had been around for a long time, it just wasn't called by that name.[/quote]
