Ignore the haters. Lots of families in this area. Yes, south of Wilson I'm seeing more teardowns; it can be a little eclectic. But what I see is that people are moving into the neighborhood, investing in the neighborhood and improving the overall look and feel. On my block alone, every single house has done a renovation. I've had people say it's one of their favorite streets to walk down because of the interesting changes done to the houses.

I love that I can walk to a bike trail/park/playground/grocery in 5-10 minutes and never have to get in my car.

It doesn't have the excitement of Lyon Village or the suburb feel of CC Hills, but I don't want or need that. I love the neighborhood as it is and appreciate it for what it is. Family and neighbor friendly, close to everything.[/quote]
