Well, the abandoned racetrack... All of 20715 is generally nice. Old Bowie used to be terrible (crackheads hanging out in the park downtown). South Bowie is sort of dodgy but not really bad. Bowie is basically full of boring old white people who complain about all the blacks moving in. (Depending on how well they know you, they don't say "blacks.")[/quote]
