I have quite a few items I've collected over the years. Things I use frequently are: Mandolin - I use it to grate cheese & slice onions/cucumbers on a regular basis. I don't have a food processor to do that so I use the mandolin. Press & Seal - perfect for making "Uncrustables" sandwiches at home with multigrain bread Little Spatula - for everything Dripless Oil Bottle - just got this recently, love it. Not a single drop drizzle down the side of the bottle or on to my counter. Love it. Micro Cooker - Used a couple times a week. Perfect for steaming veggies or heating up soup. 10" ceramic pan - recent acquisition as an alternative to non-stick. It works pretty well. I've only made scrambled eggs in it, but it's pretty non-stick. I don't care for the white handle though, I can see it getting grimy with use over time. Bamboo spatula set - LOVE this, use it all the time in all my cookware Bamboo toaster tongs - mine are old and held together by a screw. I use them daily. Bread knife - love it. Mix & Chop - I make a lot of tacos/chili/spaghetti and this makes crumbling up the meat in the pan so much easier. I often start with frozen ground meat so it cooks off in chunks. I've used the spatula and never got the pieces as small as I would like. This is perfect. Flexible cutting mats - if you need some, get these. I don't have the PC ones, but I love the ones that I do have. Egg slicer - great for strawberries in the summer. My kids eat a ton of strawberries. I had quite a bit of their stoneware and never really used it. I just gave away a round roaster, a 9 x 13 pan & a sheet pan a few months ago.
