Frankly, if your meat is dry and tasteless when cooked well done, your steak sucked to begin with. I used to order steaks medium well, but when they started bringing out cool centered, bloody steaks, I started ordering well because after my DC was born I can't stomach the sight or taste of blood. Now I just don't order steak at all because I'm tired of getting attitude. To the bossy steaks bitches: come to my house.
