I'm the OP, and I've only ever made stuffing 2 ways. 1) Stovetop and 2) From scratch with sourdough bread, and apples, raisins, and sausage, and lots of sage. I don't want sausage in my oyster stuffing, but I don't know how to make it without. [/quote]
