OP here. This is what I suspected. I understand both sides. What's frustrating is when you have test scores screaming that a child needs more help and the school claims the scores are invalid. These were not scores from a private tester. These were scores from FCPS. DD was well rested and tried her hardest.[/quote]

OP, what does your DD's teacher's think about her performance in class?  Is her teacher concerned?  Have you already submitted a referral for services and met with the "team" to evaluate your DD?  Have  you already been denied services?
