Low fat diets are the most ridiculous thing and a perfect representation of a poorly studied and broad generalization that fat is bad. Fat is good and fine, sugar not so much. Eat whole foods that are not processed and all is well. It is not natural to eat reduced fat foods, therefor they are processed.
Un. Homoginized whole milk is processed. Before homogenization came along cream rose to the top and usually was removed I part or in whole to use as cream or to make butter. Ergo people drank low fat milk. Sugar occurs naturally in fruit. It isn't inherently bad.
